@gmsenses It looks like you also removed quickload from any position other than standing. Can this stuff get announced instead of people just finding out randomly? Seems strange that with the playerbase's general discontent with the lack of communication from GMs that this is stuff that is getting messed with.

Peeking from Lean-Tos

You may now use the 'peek' command by itself inside a lean-to to see outside. You will still have the ability to peek <target> as well while inside. Enjoy!

Those with the Survival Foraging skill may now find clay when foraging along riverbanks. The clay can currently be used by locksmiths and will soon be able to be utilized by herbalists, too.

Additionally, you may now "paint" select crafted items - i.e., items that have been whittled as well as player-crafted wooden weapons.

You may use the existing paint sold in shops ("a ceramic jar with a <color> label" as one example to look for), and will soon have new color options, thanks to budding herbalists.

Shopkeepers that sell items with "options" - like colors - will no longer mistakenly give you something you didn't request. If what you asked for is not in stock, they will tell you to try again.

For example, if you try to purchase a rose colored bowl, and rose isn't a color option, you will be asked to try again, instead of selling you a red one.

Also, there have been a few recent bug reports regarding compensation for fish sales. A reminder that fish that not caught with the fishing skill, as well as "old" fish (fish caught before the updates to fishing that included size, value, etc.), will sell for much less than recent, properly caught fish.

(Edited to clarify that fish need to be caught with the fishing skill, versus fish that you personally caught with the fishing skill.)

Stoves should now work as a heat source for crafting vessels. If you find instances of this not happening, please put in a detailed @report.

The weight of foraged clay should now better correlates to its size.

You may now turn up empty handed on some apple searches in the Vetallun orchards. Persistence will pay off.

A few plants that previously could not be identified even at higher ranks, have been updated to be identified at the proper skill level.

Herbalism phase 3 has been implemented, and the skill is available in the VC lobby. Please visit here for more details.

Various typos have been fixed.

Subject: Monlon Shopkeeper Update
---
Grathus, the Monlon bronze repairman, will now function properly when you you reply with
"repair". He only does repairs and will not buy bronze.

You show a bronze dagger to Grathus.
Grathus shakes his head.
Grathus says, "That doesn't interest me."

You offer a bronze dagger to Grathus.
Grathus accepts a bronze dagger from you.
Grathus gazes at a bronze dagger.
Grathus says, "What'd ya want me to do with this?"

You say to Grathus, "Repair."
Grathus turns a bronze dagger over, poking and prodding with a thick finger.
Grathus says, "This ain't even broke."
Grathus gives you a bronze dagger.

Lepidus has been updated to give out bank notes like some other vendors do.

Quality of Life update for the @macro command:

The @macro command now has an option to "Find Specific Macro to List" if you have 100 non-alphabetized macros and don't want to eyeball search through the whole list to see what your macro is. Select option F, enter the shorthand string, and it will list what that macro expands into.

Additionally, the character limit for macros has been raised from 120 characters to the standard limit of 320 characters.
