Is there a timetable of when to expect requests to be completed for Item alterations, or character make-overs. I only ask because I've been sitting on an item alteration for about a month now with no response on it for about 3 weeks. I understand that there may be things that we don't know going on behind the scenes that may be time consuming. Just looking to see what one can expect for roundtimes on this.
If you are a paid subscriber, you are guaranteed ONE request completion a month.
If it's been more than a month without a response, request it again, as sometimes requests get lost, somehow.
The standard response time to RP/perks expenditures is 30 days, although they're usually completed more quickly than that. The queue was a little backed up due to Memorial Day, and, there are currently no un-replied RP/perk expenditure tickets open more than 30 days.
Thanks for the speedy reply Analog. Figured there was probably an underlying reason, just wanted to ask out of curiosity.
