Have the GMs ever gone through and put all the Library Submissions onto the shelves in the library yet? Analog posted about getting Location and Library submissions to the staff 10 months ago, and I am working on a new vellum to post in the library that has the correct directions to different works. The current vellum there is for the old library layout.
Before I finalize and commit the new "Library Catalog" to an expensive vellum, I wanted to make sure all the submissions that were received have been checked, vetted, and are on the shelves. Really don't want to post the catalog and have it change a day or 2 later.
So would the staff mind giving us an update on the current status of that project? Or at least let us know when all the library submissions have been checked and are in place?

I have reviewed all existing library content, given all content a helpful label (no more names like 'a white scroll'), converted 'illustrations' from needed to be read to being visible upon LOOK, and, labeled the shelves.
This was step one in a very long revamp process, and, I will review new submissions soon.
Thank you for the update Analog! I will go check it out and make sure the Card Catalog document I am working on thus far matches what you called the documents, so there is no confusion later.
Once all the new submissions are in it should only take a moment to throw in a few updates and we will have a new Vellum to help folks find specific works quicker.

I noticed at least my short story submission never made to the shelves yet. Are you going to go through the current submissions @gmsenses, or should we re-submit?

Any idea on a deadline for submissions?
Is this whole thing dead in the water? I know its a personal gripe, but I have had a codex in submission for the library for over 2 years now and it has not been added nor has there been a word about it. Analog saw it and told me that much, so I know its there.
Is there any timeline for this? Is it on indefinite hold? Can people still do submissions before the overhaul?
