This bug report has been resolved.
Comments regarding resolution:
I do not show that 24 talents was spent on the 14th or 15th of November.
Without those records or records of an error or confirmed purchase, I am
unable to refund the money.

I can email the timestamped version from my phone if needed. Nobody being
able to address bugs for.. 6 days so that the bug gets lost in the system seems
like a little bit of an issue. Just makes it seem like some bugs are more time
sensitive. I really would like my 24t back. Thanks.

I’m still trying to buy a box so my char can have a little armor. Second day in 7 days of same broke npc. One bug reply in 7 days without fixing the bug. Not even looking into it, just closing out the bug report like there’s nothing wrong. Basically telling me nothing can be done and not fixing the issue on top of it. Please fix the issue. It is still broke. Idk why time isn’t being invested to fix a broken npc.

No, no it didn't.

The boxes of named junk, rather than quality material, ie ruby, copper... will continue having that issue, if at time of purchase, they don't have anything to put in said box.  However, on the bright side, if you do it with refund balance, instead of cash balance, you won't lose your refund balance if they have nothing to put in the box at time of purchase.

That's the cause of the issue, they just haven't got anything currently to put in the box.
